After the paper has been accepted through our review process, the TPC will reach out to the author and send them an acceptance letter along with specific payment instructions. The payment receipt can then be uploaded through our system. For the Student Rate, a photocopy of the student ID card must be attached to the payment evidence as a single file.

– At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference at an author rate.
– One Author regular rate will cover the publication of one paper and the right to register one another of his/her own paper at the author second paper rate.
